🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At EternaOrb, each orb is created with care and attention to detail. Because of the personal nature of our product, we have a strict returns policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.

✅ Eligible Returns

We will accept a return only if:

The item arrives damaged or defective, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The product is not functioning as described.

To start a return, you must email eternaorb@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your request and confirm next steps.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., size, color, or style).

Improper use, handling, or damage caused after delivery.

Delayed shipping due to postal or customs issues beyond our control.


⚖️ Replacement & Refunds

If approved, we will either replace the item at no extra cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed only once the faulty product is returned to us in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless we confirm the product was defective).


🕑 Return Window

All eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
